Have you ever tried measuring honey,
molasses, peanut butter, liquid glucose etc. It's a sticky situation,
literally!!
Well, here's a quick tip:
Slightly grease your measuring spoon with oil and measure your sticky
ingredient. It should slide off the measuring spoon easily. Voilà!
If using oil in your recipe just measure
it before using the spoon to measure your sticky ingredient.
Alternatively,
You can also dip your measuring spoon in
hot water and use the same spoon without wiping to measure your stick
ingredient. It really saves you the trouble of scraping it off the spoon.
